Refund Process Job Description (Key Responsibilities):

• Manage and process customer refund requests accurately and promptly.
• Verify refund eligibility based on company policies.
• Coordinate with finance and customer service teams for seamless execution.
• Track and document all refund transactions for reporting purposes.
• Resolve discrepancies or disputes related to refunds.
• Ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Salary Bracket 25 - 30k max above 6 months 

Assistant Manager/ Manager  - Operations (Key Responsibilities):

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth workflows.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Analyze operational data to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and achieve goals.
• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
• Drive initiatives for cost reduction and operational excellence.
