Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  
• Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell products/services based on customer needs and preferences.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty, retention, and advocacy.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
  
• Analyze data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as churn rate, Net Promoter Score (NPS), etc.
