Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain accurate inventory records.
2. Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of products.
3. Process orders, including picking, packing, and shipping.
4. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately.
6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Requirements:
1. 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, order fulfilment, or a related field.
2. Minimum Graduate in any field.
3. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
