Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Spare Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating revenue through the sale of after-sales services, spare parts, and maintenance contracts to existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify and capitalize on after-sales Spare sales opportunities.

2. Promote and sell after-sales services, spare parts, and maintenance contracts to customers.

3. Conduct needs assessments and provide customized solutions to meet customers' after-sales needs.

4. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including service teams and parts departments, to ensure seamless delivery of after-sales services.

6. Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to improve after-sales services.

7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.

Requirements:

1. 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in an after-sales or service-related role.

2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

4. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

6. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
