Domestic Coordinator

### Job Summary:
The Domestic Coordinator will manage and oversee the seamless coordination between the marketing team, factory, and accounts department to ensure timely production, dispatch, and accurate documentation. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, proactive follow-ups, and the ability to maintain smooth communication between departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

### Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordination and Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the marketing team and factory to ensure production schedules are adhered to and dispatch timelines are met.
- Maintain clear and regular communication with relevant departments for any updates or changes in schedules.

2. Production and Dispatch Oversight:
- Monitor the production process to ensure timelines are met.
- Coordinate with the factory team to plan and arrange dispatches efficiently.
- Ensure all goods are packed and ready for shipment with the required quality standards.


3. Proforma Invoice (PI) and Order Form (OF):
- Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI) and Order Forms (OF) as required.
- Share the prepared documents with the marketing team and factory

4. Daily Follow-Ups:
- Regularly follow up on production and dispatch schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Update internal teams and clients on the status of orders and deliveries.

5. Domestic Dispatch Management:
- Handle all aspects of domestic dispatch, ensuring smooth and timely delivery to clients.
- Address and resolve any delays or issues in dispatch operations.

6. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all operations are compliant with company policies and regulations.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production, dispatch, and documentation activities for review.

### Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in domestic coordination, production management, or related roles.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and relevant ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of invoicing, packing lists, and other documentation processes.

### Additional Requirements:

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with domestic logistics and dispatch processes.
