Responsibilities:

Order Processing:
Receive and process customer orders accurately and timely.
Verify order details, including product quantity, shipping address, and payment information.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing team to replenish inventory.
Order Picking and Packing:
Oversee order picking and packing processes to ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment.
Package orders securely to prevent damage during shipping.
Shipping and Logistics:
Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
Generate shipping labels and track shipments.
Resolve shipping issues and customer inquiries.
Customer Service:
Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and any issues.
Address customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
