Job Description

The Directors Office is looking for a high-energy, ambitious, and driven professional who thrives in an ambiguous environment and takes full ownership of tasks. This role requires managing the Director’s calendar, ensuring meetings are aligned, and handling execution-heavy work on behalf of the Director. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion with precision and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Calendar & Meeting Management

  • Own and manage the Director’s calendar, ensuring all meetings are scheduled, prioritized, and aligned with key business objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure meeting preparedness, agenda setting, and timely follow-ups.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.

2. Project Execution & Ownership

  • Work on 4-5 parallel projects daily, ensuring execution with speed and accuracy.
  • Track progress on critical projects, ensuring deadlines are met and follow-ups are done promptly.
  • Act as a bridge between the Director and multiple teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution of action items.

3. Decision Support & Problem-Solving

  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize information for decision-making.
  • Take charge of operational bottlenecks and resolve them proactively.
  • Own outcomes, ensuring high accountability and structured problem-solving.

4. Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain strong communication with leadership, department heads, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all directives from the Director’s office are executed in a time-bound manner.
  • Draft high-quality emails, reports, and presentations for internal and external communication.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
