CBO's Office (Program Manager)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Program Manager with 1-2 years of experience to from IIT pedigree to support and manage key sales initiatives and programs that drive revenue growth and improve sales effectiveness. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist in sales process optimization, and ensure seamless program execution. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute sales programs while contributing to overall business success.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in Program Development: Support the design, implementation, and management of sales programs that align with the companys revenue and growth goals.

Enablement Support: Work with sales, product, HR leadership to provide resources, tools, and training to enhance the productivity and performance of the team.

Program Execution: Help in managing and tracking the execution of sales, service, product & marketing programs, ensuring timelines and objectives are met. Identify areas for improvement in the execution process.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, product, finance, and operations teams to ensure that sales programs are aligned with organizational goals and integrated into broader business efforts.

Data & Reporting: Track sales metrics and KPIs (e.g., sales pipeline, lead conversion, deal closure) to monitor the effectiveness of sales programs. Assist in generating reports for leadership on program performance.

Sales & Service Process Optimization: Support the continuous improvement of sales & service processes to increase efficiency and improve customer acquisition efforts.

Program Innovation: Contribute ideas for new sales initiatives and improvements to existing programs that can drive sales growth and customer engagement.
