Job Description

As a Program Associate you will support the master in presenting lessons and

help students learn. Your duties will include maintaining an effective classroom learning

environment and helping students in their academic needs as well as with operational support.

This is a full time opportunity at Masters Union campus.


What you will work on:

1. Master Onboarding

  • Introduce yourself and coordinate logistics with faculty/master.
  • Share class information promptly at the start of the term such as batch profile
  • Block Masters calendar and coordinate with procurement team to fetch all
  • pre-reads and other resources for the course.

2. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:

  • Collaborate with Program Manager to update courses on LMS.
  • Follow standardized procedures for content uploads.
  • Make necessary communication with students on LMS and respond to student tickets on LMS

3. Classroom Logistics:

  • Attend sessions in person and handle tech checks.
  • Maintain code of conduct in the classroom.

4. Course Management:

  • Receive and manage course assignments.
  • Ensure smooth scheduling and coordination with the Program Manager.

5. Session Responsibilities:

  • Take attendance, track class participation, note summary and provide feedback.
  • Ensure timely sharing of faculty presentations and course materials on LMS.
  • Facilitate discussion sessions or tutorials with students.

6. Examinations and Grading:

  • Coordinate exam logistics and invigilation.
  • Collect and share final grades with the Program Manager.

7. Working Hours and Swaps:

  • Adhere to the designated 45 hours per week. 6 days a week work schedule, if

needed.

  • Coordinate swaps as directed by TA In-charge.

8. Outclass Activities:

  • Participate and support in organizing activities as assigned by the Outclass Committee.
  • Participate in CXO sessions

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or similar background.
  • Passionate about education, working with faculty, and operations.
  • Strong organizational, communication skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Google Suite.
  • Capable of working collaboratively with academic and administrative teams.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), an added advantage.
  • Show high attention to detail and effectively manage stakeholders
  • Proactive approach in completing key duties.
  • Experience: 1-3 years
