Candidate Profile:
- Ivy League MBA, ex-founder, or 4+ years at MBB/LEK/Kearney or leadership experience at successful startups, with a focus on operational excellence and strategic execution.
- Proven track record in leading complex, multi-location operations, preferably in a high-growth or educational environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
