About the role:

As the Head of Academic Operations at Tetr, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth execution and continuous improvement of academic programs across our global campuses. This includes managing faculty relations, curriculum delivery, student services, and logistical coordination. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless student experience, while driving the operational efficiency of the program. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong operational background and a passion for education and leadership.

What you will do:

1. Program Management: Lead the planning and execution of Tetr's academic programs, ensuring that each semester's activities, curriculum, and faculty interactions are delivered smoothly across global locations.

2. Faculty & Staff Coordination: Manage relationships with faculty, ensuring their needs are met, and collaborate with the teaching staff to maintain the highest standards of curriculum delivery.

3. Operational Excellence: Optimize academic processes and operations, from student onboarding to curriculum rollout, ensuring consistency and high-quality delivery across all locations.

4. Global Logistics: Oversee the logistical aspects of running academic programs across multiple countries, including travel arrangements, housing, student services, and campus coordination.

5. Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and staff to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and well-informed about program developments and operational changes.

6. Student Experience: Enhance the overall student experience by proactively addressing any operational issues, creating a supportive and engaging academic environment, and ensuring that student needs are met.

7. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to track academic performance, monitor KPIs, and make informed decisions on process improvements and academic outcomes.

8. Compliance & Accreditation: Ensure that all academic operations comply with local regulatory requirements, accreditations, and industry standards.

Who we're looking for:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in academic operations, program management, or similar roles, preferably within the higher education or EdTech sector.

- Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams.

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex global operations and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on optimizing processes and improving outcomes.

- Experience with academic accreditation processes and compliance in different global regions.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage relationships with faculty, students, and external partners.

- Ability to travel internationally as needed to oversee global operations and ensure academic excellence across campuses.
