Generate employment opportunities for students and alumni by establishing and maintaining productive employer partnerships.
Identify the number and types of positions needed and secure experiential opportunities with employers.
Contact businesses and industries to develop mutually beneficial partnerships for jobs, internships, and job shadowing opportunities.
Travel internationally to destinations like UAE, Europe etc. to set up meetings and build relationships with global recruiters.
What are we looking for :
Excellent B2B sales ability and relationship-building skills.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proficiency in CRM software (like Hubspot and salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
High ability to follow up systematically.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Previous sales experience is mandatory.
