Job Description

Purpose/Objective

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Manager to help in global market expansion efforts, drive revenue growth, and establish long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in international sales, market penetration, and business development, coupled with strong communication and negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities of Role

    - Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, proposals, negotiations, and contract closures. - Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets, majorly in USA and going forward in other markets as well , to achieve revenue and growth targets. - Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and partners globally. - Analyze and respond to market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. - Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to each market. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals and regional market requirements. - Deliver exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients. - Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and develop entry strategies for emerging markets. - Provide insights on pricing, distribution channels, and competitor activities to enhance decision-making. - Liaise with internal teams such as marketing, product development, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of sales activities. - Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for senior management

Technical Competencies

    Customer Relationship,International Client exposure ,MS Office,MIS reports & Analytical skills,B2B & B2C - Sales

Qualifications and Experience

    - Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering or marketing or international Trade, or a related field. An MBA will be plus. - Proven experience (3+ years) in international sales, business development, or a similar role. - Strong understanding of international markets, business practices, and cultural nuances. - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and market research tools. - Fluency in English is must and additional languages will be plus - Experience in Solar Industry will be plus - Familiarity with international trade regulations and compliance standards.
