- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in the mining industry.
- Mining Electrical License
- Supervise electrical operation, maintenance activities, and new electrical installations in open-cast coal mines.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements as per CEAR & CMR.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to address electrical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify electrical faults and hazards.
- Implement safety protocols and provide guidance to the team for safe electrical practices.
- Oversee the scheduling of electrical maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Train and mentor junior electrical staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall operational efficiency and productivity.
