Position Overview:
As the CTO of TESTRIQ QA LAB, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the technology strategy to ensure the company s continued growth and success. You will lead a talented team of technology professionals and collaborate closely with other executives to align technology initiatives with business goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Technology Leadership:
- Develop and communicate a clear vision for the company s technology strategy.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, advising the executive team on potential impacts and opportunities.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the technology team.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with other executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Develop and implement a roadmap for technology investments and initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies that can enhance efficiency, competitiveness, and overall business performance.
Team Management:
- Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Ensure the team is aligned with the company s overall mission and goals.
Product Development:
- Oversee the development and delivery of innovative, high-quality products and solutions.
- Work closely with product management to ensure technology supports product roadmaps and enhances customer satisfaction.
Infrastructure and Security:
- Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of the company s technology infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect the company and its clients.
Vendor and Partner Management:
- Evaluate and manage relationships with external technology vendors and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure optimal terms and performance.
- Proven experience as a technology leader in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills with a track record of successfully implementing technology initiatives.
- Excellent understanding of current and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, AI, and cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
