Role Overview

As the CTO of SCS Tech India, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's technology vision, driving the development of innovative solutions, and ensuring robust cybersecurity frameworks. You will lead a team of developers, engineers, and IT professionals to deliver scalable, secure, and cutting-edge technology solutions while aligning with the companys business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the companys technology strategy to support business growth and market competitiveness.
• Software Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software solutions, ensuring high-quality standards and scalability.
• Cybersecurity Oversight: Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity policies, frameworks, and technologies to protect company assets and client data.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Technology Evaluation: Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their potential to enhance the companys offerings.
• System Integration: Lead initiatives to integrate new technologies with existing systems and ensure seamless functionality.
• Budget Management: Manage the technology budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for innovation and operational excellence.
• Collaboration: Partner with other departments to ensure technology solutions align with business objectives and client needs.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and mitigate technology-related risks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years in software development, IT leadership, or a similar role, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficient in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript).
• Strong experience in software architecture, development frameworks, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Expertise in cybersecurity principles, including vulnerability assessment, risk management, and incident response.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and system automation.
• Leadership: Proven experience in leading and scaling technology teams.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to align technology strategies with business objectives and long-term goals.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) is highly desirable.
• Experience with AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or other emerging technologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with industry-specific standards and regulations.
