Chief Technology and Data Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Design and build a world class technology architecture that is scalable, secure and stable to handle large and rapidly growing database.
• Work closely with management and functional teams to develop a technology roadmap aligned with the market opportunity, organizations strategy, latest technology and risk & security framework.
• Spearhead digital transformation of the org to enhance customer centricity and drive org efficiency.
• Build Datawarehouse and lead analytics thru AI initiates.
• Build state of the art and secure IT infrastructure that enhances user experience.
• Onboard latest technology partners and build a high performing team.
• Ensure better User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) digital platforms like website, mobile apps, etc

Preferred candidate profile

• Engineering Graduate / MBA from a reputed University.
• Over 15 years of experience in technology function in a Financial Institution like bank, Fintech, NBFC, etc
