Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Head of Technology to oversee our technology strategy and lead our development teams. This individual will be responsible for driving digital transformation, overseeing software development, IT infrastructure, and ensuring data security. The ideal candidate will bring 12+ years of technology experience, particularly in SaaS or IT environments, and will have a proven record of delivering scalable solutions and fostering innovation. Key Responsibilities:

- Technology Strategy and Leadership: Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with business objectives, focusing on digital transformation, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.

- Software Development Oversight: Lead software development teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products and fostering an agile, collaborative environment.

- IT Infrastructure and Operations: Oversee IT operations, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security across systems.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.

- Experience: 12+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a significant background in SaaS or IT companies.

- Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in managing complex technology projects and delivering scalable solutions.
