Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic CEO/MD to lead a team dedicated to providing innovative solutions for career guidance and wellbeing assessment for pupils, staff, and parents. The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of experience in the education sector, with a proven track record in career counselling, team leadership, and managing similar large-scale projects.

The CEO/MD will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and execution of a centralized platform designed to assess career pathways and track wellbeing for both B2B and B2C users. This role demands strategic thinking, operational excellence, and an unwavering commitment to improving educational and psychological outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the team, ensuring the successful execution of organizational goals.
• Oversee the development and optimization of a centralized dashboard for assessing career pathways and monitoring wellbeing data.
• Drive collaboration with stakeholders, including educational institutions, businesses, and individual clients, to deliver impactful solutions.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of career counselling services and wellbeing programs tailored to diverse user needs.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering innovation, accountability, and professional growth.
• Develop and implement strategies for scaling the platform to reach a larger audience in both B2B and B2C segments.
• Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Represent the organization at events, conferences, and meetings to build partnerships and enhance visibility.
• Stay abreast of trends and advancements in the education and wellbeing sectors to inform strategic decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the education sector, including significant experience in career counselling and team management.
• Experience working with SAAS platform.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects focused on education, career development, or wellbeing.
• Deep understanding of career assessment tools, wellbeing metrics, and educational frameworks.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving ambitious goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
