Job Description
Talent Sourcing:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to source candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Screening and Interviewing:
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and fit with company culture.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on hiring best practices.
- Assist in defining job requirements and creating compelling job descriptions.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate feedback.
Onboarding and Orientation:
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Ensure all new employees are integrated effectively into the company culture and have a positive onboarding experience.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
- Provide regular reports to HR leadership on recruitment activities and outcomes.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
