Job description
We Are Hiring - Teleperformance
Position: Customer Support Associate (CSA)
Qualification: Undergrad or Graduates
(Fresher Can also apply)
Working Days & Hours:
5 days working, 2 rotational week-offs
Salary: 1.5LPA to 2.5 LPA
Males: 24/7 rotational shifts
Females: Day shifts (7 AM to 7 PM) Only day shifts
Shift Hours : 9.5 Hours (includes lunch break )
Interview Mode : Walkin Or Virtual ( for walkin : 11 AM to 4 PM)
Requirements:
Fluent English: Excellent spoken skills
Average English: Basic English & Hindi, no major errors
Selection Process:
HR & Ops Rounds/Versant Test /Typing Test
Office Location: Teleperformance Office, Entry gate No.1 ,DLF MyPad Building Vibhuti khand ,Gomti Nagar , Lucknow -226010,Uttar pradesh, India .
