We Are Hiring - Teleperformance Lucknow
Position: Customer Support Associate (CSA) - WFO
Eligibility:
- Qualification: Undergrad or Graduates
- Age: 18+
Salary : Upto 15k to 17k CTC
Working Days & Hours:
- 5 days working, 2 rotational week-offs
- 9.5-hour shifts (1-hour break)
Shift Timings:
- Males: 24/7 rotational shifts
- Females: Day shifts (7 AM to 7 PM)
Interview Mode : Virtual Only
Requirements:
- Fluent English: Excellent spoken skills, no MTI or grammar issues
- Average English: Basic English & Hindi, no major errors
Selection Process:
- HR & Ops Rounds
- Versant Test (L3 Hindi & L4 English)
- Typing Test: 25 WPM, 90% accuracy
