Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the preparation of payroll payments in ERP, consolidating reports for a US based organization.
• Responsible for entry of day-to-day inputs such as pay data, employee data etc.
• Maintaining and documenting all payroll records.
• Assist Supervisor to assess the long-term payroll trends.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns
• Handling audit queries and resolution in a timely manner

Qualification, Experience/Competencies

• Post Graduate with relevant experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience with a US/Canada based company and working as a payroll processor.
• Communication with external payroll vendors such as ADP
• Ready to work as individual contributor/ team member
• Working in US shift

Technology/ERP

• Hands-on experience with payroll ERPs i.e Oracle/ Workday/ ADP.
• Understanding of latest tools and technology Workflow, Digital Dashboards
• Expert working knowledge of MS office with advance excel.
