Customer Service Associate (Adwords Specialist)

Role & responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support for Adwords - related inquiries.
• Assist customers in optimizing their Adwords campaigns for better performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with Adwords accounts.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and effective solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1+ years of experience in customer service with exposure to Adwords.
• Good understanding on digital marketing terms like SEO, SEM, PPC, CPC and Campaigns.

Salary details

Upto 5.5lacs per annum
