We are hiring Bengali Content Moderators to review and manage online content, ensuring compliance with community guidelines. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate Bengali content (text, images, videos) to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Identify and remove offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content.
• Maintain quality and accuracy while reviewing high-volume content.
• Provide feedback to improve automated moderation systems.
• Stay updated on cultural trends and community guidelines.
• Handle sensitive content with maturity and professionalism.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply.
• Graduates & undergraduates are eligible.
• Proficiency in Bengali (reading, writing, and speaking) and basic English.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of social media and online communities is a plus.
