Job summary/overview
The Candidate Engagement Specialist is responsible for day-to-day human resource
maintenance within specific business groups and/or functions. The goal is to ensure
exceptional customer service in responding to questions and resolving issues, timely HR
Systems employee life cycle data entry, electronic employee file and HR records maintenance,
and assistance with various HR special projects.
Key responsibilities and
accountabilities

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so these roles include, but is
not limited to, the following responsibilities, according to the role:
Senior Employee Experience Specialist:
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of HR programs, plans, policies, and processes,
payroll, and HR systems;
Meet and exceed performance and service level metrics for timeliness, accuracy, and
customer service;
Perform audits and controls to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures,
supporting the management team;
Assist with reporting on annual HR processes such as performance appraisal or
compensation planning;
At least 2 years of experience in the role or in Human Resources positions.
Employee Experience Specialist:
Meet performance and service level metrics for timeliness, accuracy, and customer service;
Provide close support to the junior elements of the team;
Answer employees queries and escalate them to the senior element, as needed;
At least 1 year of experience in the role or in Human Resources positions.
Employee Experience Assistant:
Create, provide, and distribute documents, agreements, and letters as requested;
Update internal databases;
Answer employees queries and escalate them to the senior element, as needed;
Retrieve company and employee data, as requested;
Equal to all roles:
Process employee life cycle HR system data transactions for a specific group and/or
function to include employee changes;
Answer HR questions and resolve issues ensuring exceptional customer service
satisfaction;
Maintain HR Records to include personnel files and other employee documents;
Initiate, enter, and manage employee changes, on behalf of the business partners;
Complete special projects as assigned;
Act with initiative, make things happen;
Be focused on delivery and productivity improvement;
Be a true team member in Teleperformance Portugal focused in the success of the
company;
Enthusiastically communicate the companys culture and values;
Be an active part in the process of continuous improvement, proposing improvement and
innovation methods across the department and the company (producing fresh and
imaginative ideas and solutions);
Ensure all Teleperformance processes, procedures and policies are fulfilled, including but
not limited to department's processes, GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation, GECSP
- Global Essential Compliance, Information Security Policies, HR, etc.;
Communicate to leadership any known infractions of these Corporate Policies and
procedures immediately;
May perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document.

Main Job Requirements
Education and specific Training
Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business, or related field (preferential).
Fluency in English (minimum B2).
Work Experience
Proven success in delivering a high quality work product requiring a high level of attention to
detail;
Experience in conflict resolution
Special Certifications

Required Skills
Technical Skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word);
Ability to use Internet applications;
