Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable applicants.
  
• Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and provide them with shortlisted profiles.
  
• Manage bulk hiring campaigns for IT and non-IT industries, ensuring timely delivery of candidates.
  
• Provide consultation services to clients on lateral hiring strategies and vendor management.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, selection, interviewing, and onboarding.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently from home office environment.
