Responsibilities:

• 1st Level Screening
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using Naukri.com, Internal databases, social media etc
• Dialling 60 to 70 calls a day to line-up potential candidates
• Updating daily recruitment reports
• Completing the allocated hiring targets
• Daily Interview management and co-ordination
• Initiate Onboarding process for the selected candidates
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Making job posts on canva etc.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in bulk recruitment (B2B or International BPO).
• Excellent command over written and oral English language.
• Exposure of using ATS will be a plus point.
• Any Graduate.
