Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Business Development: Identify and target potential customers, building strong relationships and closing new business in line with the companys strategic objectives.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead the efforts to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring fast response times, exceptional client engagement, and thorough service knowledge.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Lead Generation & Sales Targets: Set and monitor lead generation goals, proactively working to exceed these targets and drive business growth.
  • Competitive Offering: Understand client needs and tailor service offerings to meet those needs, staying ahead of competitors by offering relevant, value-driven solutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with the LOBs and Sales teams regularly to refine sales strategies based on market assessment.
  • Market Expansion: Focus on expanding the client base, especially from key international markets such as the US and Europe.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business, Management, or related fields.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in Inside Sales/Lead Generation and business development, specifically in the BFSI/Data Analytics domain, with the ability to achieve high conversion rates.
  • Industry Expertise: Prior experience in acquiring clients from US and Europe is mandatory, with a strong understanding of market research services.
  • Client Focused: Highly customer-oriented with excellent communication skills (fluent in English, both written and verbal).
  • Team Management: Capable of managing a team and working collaboratively across departments.
  • Organizational Skills: Well-organized with strong accountability and a positive mindset.
  • Sales Motivation: Driven by achieving sales targets and motivated by incentives.
  • Adaptability: Open to learning new services and adapting strategies to meet changing client needs and market conditions.
