Sales Director - US/Australia Market

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the US/Australian market.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through market identification, hunting, and networking.
  
• Generate leads, convert them into prospects, and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, delivery) to ensure seamless customer onboarding experience.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-17 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with a focus on BFSI sector.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization).
  
• Proven track record of success in new client acquisition, revenue generation, and market expansion.
