SQL Queries: Knowledge of SQL queries and understanding of NOSTRO, VOSTRO accounts.

Software Testing: Experience in manual testing, including:

• Functional Testing
• Sanity Testing
• Smoke Testing
• Retesting
• UAT Testing
• End-to-End Testing
• Regression Testing

Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Testing Lifecycle (STLC): Proficient in SDLC, STLC, Payment Life Cycle, and Defect Life Cycle.

Defect Reporting Tracking: Experienced in using JIRA and Azure DevOps for defect reporting and tracking.

Test Case Management: Skilled in test case creation, execution, and defect reporting using Atlassian JIRA Confluence.

Agile Methodology: Adept in Agile methodologies including:

• Sprint Planning
• Sprint Backlog
• Daily Scrum Calls
• Sprint Review
• Sprint Retrospective

• Reporting: Delivering daily status reports in the form of DTER (Daily Test Execution Report) and weekly reports.
• Project Collaboration: Participated in project status meetings with team members and collaborated with developers and product owners to build test cases and test application functionality.
• Work Ethic: Ability to work in teams as well as independently with minimal supervision
