As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great talent. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
• Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs.
• Plan the hiring process & set hiring goals
• Source candidates from various Job Portals.
• Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process.
• Oversee external and internal communication.
Job Requirements and Skills
• At least a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
• Prior experience as an HR Recruiter
• Experience with resume databases and referral programs
• Sound knowledge of full-cycle recruiting
• Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skill
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
