Design and update job descriptions

Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional

platforms)

Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

Screen incoming resumes and application forms

Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and

internallyProvide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

* Looking only for the immediate joiners

* Looking for one plus years experience in Hr recruiting

* Should be target - oriented

* Should have experience in ( Volume /mass hiring is an added advantage )

* Should have go- getter attitude

* Should be adaptable and able to learn quickly

* Should poses good communication skills
