We are looking for a motivated and talented RPA Developer to join our team and assist in the development of automation solutions to replace manual processes

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Power Automate (Cloud Flow and Desktop) and UiPath.

- Automate both back-office and front-office business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and implementing efficient solutions.

- Create and maintain clear and concise workflow diagrams and documentation for automated processes.

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to RPA implementations, ensuring smooth operation of automated processes.

- Integrate RPA solutions with other systems using REST APIs and other integration methods.

- Utilize scripting languages (C#, JavaScript, Python, or VB.NET) to enhance automation capabilities and handle complex logic.

- Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.

- Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback, and ensure successful automation implementation.

- Assist in generating reports and dashboards to track automation performance and ROI.

- Monitor deployed bots and address any exceptions or errors.

- Adhere to RPA best practices and coding standards to ensure maintainability and scalability of automation solutions.

- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through automation.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

- 3-4 years of proven experience in developing RPA solutions with Power Automate (Cloud Flow and Desktop) and UiPath.

- Experience in automating both back-office and front-office business processes.

- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, frameworks, and best practices.

- Knowledge of scripting languages such as C#, JavaScript, Python, or VB.NET.

- Experience with REST APIs and system integrations in an automation context.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex workflows.

- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
