RPA Developer - UiPath (3-6 yrs)

Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled RPA Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful deployment and ongoing maintenance of RPA systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and test automation workflows using UiPath Test Suite and other relevant RPA tools.

- Deploy Test Automation/RPA components, including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools.

- Support the launch and implementation of Test Automation solutions.

- Create comprehensive process and end-user documentation for all RPA solutions.

- Assure the quality of the automation through rigorous QA processes.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to define and deliver impactful automation projects.

- Work directly with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper implementation and integration of RPA solutions.

- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues outside of normal working hours, and participate in on-call rotations as needed.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in RPA technologies and industry best practices.

Must-Haves :

- 3-6+ years of experience in RPA development using tools like UiPath Test Suite.

- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net, Mobile Test Automation).

- Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, or other scripting languages.

- Proven ability to design and document technical specifications for RPA projects.

- Experience with API development and consumption.

- UiPath RPA Developer certifications preferred (training can be provided).

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL) is a plus.

- Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning concepts.

- Solid understanding of workflow-based logic and automation principles.

- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
