Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Customer Care Executive :

Non-Voice

International Process Handling queries of the customers.

Location - Noida Sector-135

Work Mode - From Office


Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum qualification must be undergraduate.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in papers required.
  • Must have excellent command in spoken english and good communication skills.
  • No Sunday leave requirements.

**Candidates who have MTI in their speech and pursuing education will not be considered.


Working Schedule

  • 5 days working with rotational shift and 2 days rotational off.
  • Shift duration of 9 hours including 1 hour break.
  • Casual leaves won't be entertained for the first three months apart from week offs.

Perks and benefits

Salary Slab: 24k CTC - 28k CTC

Either cabs or shuttle services will be provided if the current location is within the hiring zone..
