- Should have strong knowledge about Customer Service and Sales
- Experience in Sales Process and lead management
- Experience in Inbound, Outbound Voice, Email, Chat Channels
- Understanding the client business better and cascading the information to the team
- Have handled team
- Able to handle shinkage, attrition, KPI, KRA, AHT
- Good in people management, grievance, and escalation management
- Proficient in English, Hindi, and South Indian languages (Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil & Telugu)
