• Should have strong knowledge about Customer Service and Sales
• Experience in Sales Process and lead management
• Experience in Inbound, Outbound Voice, Email, Chat Channels
• Understanding the client business better and cascading the information to the team
• Have handled team
• Able to handle shinkage, attrition, KPI, KRA, AHT
• Good in people management, grievance, and escalation management
• Proficient in English, Hindi, and South Indian languages (Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil & Telugu)
