Customer Care Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Care Executive to join our International Sales team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in cold calling, inside sales, or customer service, and possess strong communication skills to engage with international clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and manage cold calls to prospective international clients.
• Engage with leads and convert them into potential sales opportunities.
• Provide detailed product information to customers and address their queries.
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication to close sales.
• Track customer interactions, update CRM systems, and maintain accurate records.
• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with other sales teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve issues professionally.
• Stay updated with the latest product offerings, company services, and industry trends.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, inside sales, or customer care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience working with international clients is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is desirable.
• Must be comfortable working in flexible shifts to cater to international time zones.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle customer objections.
