About the Role -

A Customer service specialists priority is to connect with the customers who have shown interest in client's products and educate consumer about different types of services provided by the client with the help of exciting offers and benefits and assist in registering them. A major part of the role is to help the client maintain good relationship with the customer and achieve the revenue targets.

Key Requirements -

• Excellent communication in English + Hindi (any other language capability will be an added advantage)
• Good convincing skills
• Persistence and a never give up attitude
• Outspoken attitude
• Understand how to convince in any topic the candidate has knowledge about
• Good emotional connect
• Understanding of basic numbers
• Ability to engage in a communication and build a conversation around it

Qualification -

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

• Fresher with Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• HSC+3 Years experience and Graduate+1year on paper experience in Outbound/Inbound Calling.
