Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and placements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or related field (freshers welcome).
  
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer generation etc.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including clients (hiring managers), candidates & internal teams.
