Position - HR Recruiter

Job Description:
We are seeking proactive and motivated HR Recruiters to join our team. This role is ideal for those passionate about talent acquisition and looking to kickstart or advance their HR career. As an HR Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and assist in feedback collection.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in creating job postings and descriptions to attract the right candidates.
• Support in onboarding activities and documentation for new hires.
• Keep the recruitment database updated and generate reports on hiring metrics.
• For interns: Shadow senior team members to gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.

Requirements:

• For Full-Time: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Relevant experience is a plus.)
• For Internship: Current enrollment or recent graduate in a relevant field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
