HR Recruiter

Role & responsibilities :

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to address immediate and long-term hiring needs.
• Work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand departmental requirements and workforce planning.
• Lead efforts to source high-quality candidates using a variety of channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and talent communities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR team members, hiring managers, and senior leadership, to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection techniques.
• This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding, with a focus on building a strong pipeline of talent for our campuses.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Job Portals
• Experience in Non -IT only.
• Ability to work efficiently and handle multiple priorities.

Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
