• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Screen resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
  
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers by scheduling dates and times.
  
• Negotiate salary packages with selected candidates on behalf of the company.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both parties throughout the recruitment process.
