• Ensure timely communication with both hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on interview results.
  
• Conduct initial interviews over phone or video conferencing to assess candidate fitment.
  
• Screen resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
