Job Role: HR Recruiter
Working time
• 6 Days working (Monday to Saturday)
• 10 am to 7 pm office hours
• Sunday Fixed off
Minimum Education • Graduation or Post Grad (MBA-HR)
Work Experience
• Minimum 2 yrs of experience as HR RECRUITER on papers.
• Should not have gap of more than 3 months Gender Female/ Male Industry Exposure Required
• Can communicate in Hindi and English both.
• Experience in BPO Telesales/Telecalling hiring / Bulk Hiring
• Should have worked with Vendors.
• Should have working experience in a target based company.
Job Role Recruitment of candidates
• Screening the profiles and align the interviews of the candidates.
• Conduct end to end recruitment process and get the selection done.
• Collecting documents for onboarding procedure.
• Should achieve the target of minimum 2 joining in a day.
• Have to connect with the vendors/consultancy for the staffing support.

Interview was for HR role and obviously HR will take the interview and out of all boys no one got selected for 2nd round he shortlisted only girls and he shortlisted a b.sc microbiology girl instead of a guy having 2 internships worst HR he will be wearing specs in my life so far this will be the worst interview.
