Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bulk Hiring:

• Handle end-to-end bulk recruitment for sales positions, ensuring a steady pipeline of candidates.
• Source potential candidates through various channels like job portals, social media, references, and walk-in drives.

2. Candidate Screening & Selection:

• Conduct preliminary screenings to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and sales acumen.
• Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and manage the onboarding process.

3. Coordination & Communication:

• Liaise with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and requirements.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

4. Database Management:

• Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.
• Generate reports on recruitment metrics as required.
