We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving organizational growth. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR strategy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
2. Employee Relations:
- Serve as a bridge between employees and management, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Promote a culture of open communication and mutual respect.
3. Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
- Assist in the development of individual development plans and career growth opportunities.
4. Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to policies and legal requirements.
5. HR Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
6. Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Oversee the implementation of training programs and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Support employees in their professional development and career advancement.
7. Payroll and Benefits:
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate compensation.
- Manage employee benefits programs and address related inquiries.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
