• should have excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati, Oriya languages (written & spoken).

JOB Detail:

• Work from Office
• Immediate Joiners Preferable
• Day Rotational Shift
• 6 days working & Sunday fixed off
• Salary: 14k to 21k Inhand
• Location: Thane

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.
