Customer Care Executive

*** English, Kannada mandatory ( Hindi and Telugu) will be added advantage ***

Job Location : Jubilee Hills **( Work from office )**

Contact centre related:

1. Communicates with customers in a courteous, professional, co-operative manner

2. Handling calls and responsible for patients registration

3. Assists patients with correct information on the services and educate them on the service provided by AHC

4. Routinely demonstrates superior customer service skills

5. Accurately enters/updates patient information in the homecare application

6. Recognizes and responds appropriately to violent/abusive situations

7. Coordination with various service Delivery department stake holders as and when required

KPIs

8. Will be monitored on metrics such as efficiency, ACHT, Hit Ratio, Conversions, NPS & CSAT

MIS and reporting:

9. Preparation dash board as specified by the reporting manager from time to time

10. Any other work assigned by the manager time to time
